PVC Repair Kit for the 2.9L engines

Our 2.9L PCV diaphragm repair kit will save you money and time for a common issue with the OEM PCV diaphragm. The OEM diaphragm is a weak material and ends up deteriorating from excessive heat and oil causing it to break and leak. 

Our new diaphragm is a higher quality silicone diaphragm that should give you years of use without issue. This kit is easy to install, no need for a mechanic to replace the entire PCV pipe which could be hours in labor and over $400 for the part alone. 

Our kit includes all you need to get back on the road quickly and have a worry free component.

High temp Silicone Diaphragm

Heat protected cover (Hand Pre-wrapped in High Heat Fiberglass up to 750˚F and High temp Cloth tape)

New support and O-ring 

New Spring

High Temp Cloth tape - For re-wrap of entire diaphragm unit
