Acceptance of these policies constitutes agreement with the following conditions of sale.
Due to most items being imported from Alfa Romeo, FIAT Italy SpA.(FCA/Steallantis)/European Manufacturers, there are some restrictions for Canceling Orders, Returns & Exchanges.
1. Special Orders: There is a 48 hour cancellation period for all Special Orders. Subject to approval.
2. Orders Placed on-line are charged to the customers credit card as soon as order is placed. Orders are reviewed for mistakes/shipping adjustments- Our Website is 100% Secure
3. 100% satisfaction Guarantee. Parts may be returned within 30 days of invoice date, unused, uninstalled, unopened, in original packaging. After 30 days items are not returnable for any reason.
4. Exchange Policy: We reserve the right to refuse Exchanges.
b. Exchanges are for items of same part number or equal value, non-used, in original packaging. Otherwise an Alfissimo credit will be issued.
c. Return Authorization is needed on exchanges/returns. Any items shipped back without authorization will be returned to customer.
d. Alfissimo does not offer return shipping service.
5. Non-Return Policy: European Specific parts, ALL ELECTRICAL (includes Chips/Tuning, Diagnostic interfaces/adapters/software), Used or Installed/ used parts, wheels, windshields/glass, Carbon fiber - NO EXCEPTIONS (unless under warranty and agreed upon by Alfissimo).
6. Other Non-Return :
- Damaged Item returned: Items returned for a refund/exchange need to be un-used/ in the same condition as received. The customer must return items by insured carrier. If the item is returned damaged, the customer must file a claim. Alfissimo will have the right to not refund the customer for the damaged item, and or re-charge customer if needed. Items that arrive damaged are not eligible for a refund no exceptions. The item will be refused and or shipped back to the customer. We are always here to make the process easy. All returned damaged items are subject to the above at anytime.
- Shipping Damage: If you find that the goods appear to have been damaged during shipping, you must notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery. No shipping damage claims will be accepted after 5 days of the goods being delivered.
This can be via email or Phone call. You must quote your order reference number on ALL correspondence, you also need to include your name, home address, delivery address of the goods if different to home address, contact details and a description of the damage to which items ordered.
- Missing Items from Order: You must notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery. After this time period we will not replace the items. This can be via email or Phone call. Once we have received this written confirmation, we will arrange a mutually convenient time and date to collect the goods. Once the goods have been delivered to us, we will complete an inspection. After confirmation of your claim we will either refund your payment or arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you. Subject to sufficient shipping insurance cover.
7. Glass: All glass shipments should be inspected before signing and accepting. Once signed for and accepted the glass is the customers responsibility. If Glass is not refused, the glass is the responsibility of the customer! No returns or Refunds for glass for any reason.
Claims for glass: Customer must go through claims process to receive a refund and will be paid the amount the carrier decided is proper (partial or full amount). Alfissimo is excluded from any claim refund.
8. Returns subject to 15% restock charge. (if we accept a return after the 30 day period)
9. Alfissimo Ships via insured shipment, Liability ceases when carrier accepts shipment. Claims for damaged/missing parts must be made with carrier within 5 days (UPS unlimited amount) Over this amount, customer assumes total responsibility.
10. Freight/Shipping is non-refundable.
11. Alfissimo will not be liable for any damages/inconveniences that buyer suffers because of delayed or non-delivery caused by any circumstances out of the direct control of Alfissimo. Liability ceases when carrier accepts shipment. If there are issues with a shipment, we will do our best to help rectify the problem. Any claims must be done within 5 days.
a. We are not liable for consequential damages.
12. Alfissimo is Not liable for any damage to the owner's vehicle due to improper install/using any of the parts/performance parts/ECU tuning/advice or otherwise that we offer. This includes loss of warranty, damaged engine, components or other hardware. Owner Assumes all risk with tuning/modification/Installation of any product we offer.
13. Orders are ONLY accepted on-line or by phone. E-mail, Instant messages, Social media, hand shakes is not acceptable.
14. Alfissimo reserves the right to change pricing for Alfa Romeo/parts/products at any time. This includes orders that have already been placed and in our system due to the constantly changing exchange rates, duties and shipping costs. If you have any questions before ordering please call us or e-mail. We will be happy to assist you.
15. Shipping prices Quoted on-line are not final until order confirmation is sent out via e-mail.
16. International Orders: All Duties, customs and or Brokerage fees inquired for shipment into a country are the responsibility of the customer. If these fees are reversed to Alfissimo, Alfissimo will charge the card holders card for the amount due. When accepting these policies you accept that Alfissimo International is authorized to charge the card holder these fees if the carrier is not able to collect the fees from the receiver.
*No returns on any parts due to countries customs fees/charges. The customer needs to be aware that these fees exist.
No items will ship if Credit Card information does not match billing address- no exceptions ever!!
17. WE DO NOT BARTER, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK. WE WILL NOT TRADE PARTS FOR NEW PARTS, TRADE UNUSED (AFTER RETURN PERIOD) FOR DISCOUNT ON NEW PARTS. THE PRICES WE HAVE CURRENTLY FOR PARTS ARE THE PRICES THAT THOSE PARTS WILL BE SOLD FOR. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A DISCOUNT, YOU WON'T GET ONE.

18. Tuning, Exhaust Systems, Suspension or any Performance Upgrade - There are no Returns/refunds on any Performance product unless un-used in original packing. Squadra Tuning, Performance Loggers, Start/Stop, SGW bypass or any electrical Items are non-returnable except under warranty claim. Exhaust systems installed are non-returnable except for warranty claims. We understand sound is subjective, if for some reason you do not like the sound of the exhaust unfortunately once installed it is non-returnable. No exceptions! Tuning: No refunds : Variables in power output or vehicle condition/performance are not eligible conditions for returns/refunds. No exceptions!

19. DROP SHIPPING
A drop shipment is any item that is sent directly from the manufacturer's/vendors facilities instead of shipping from our warehouse. Items that can be drop shipped are items that may have a core associated with it, Items that are very large or heavy such as Springs/struts/shocks, may be an item that is out of stock in our warehouse at the time of order or may be an item located in a warehouse closer to the customer to save on shipping and time. This is not the case at all times.
We do have a partnership with a EU firm and do drop ship from this location worldwide.
