Alfissimo's Diffuser-Carbon Fiber- ALFA ROMEO Giulia QV 

Our Diffuser is produced in the exact matching factory 2 x 2 (3k Twill Weave) Pre Impregnated Toray Dry Carbon Fiber under the same processes Alfa Romeo uses for its original parts. This item is constructed as replacement part and is designed to install in the factory location with no need for major *modification (See below). All parts are produced using a high quality UV protectant clear coat.

-*Some minor sanding or cleaning off of extra material may be needed on the spears (only) backside mating surface, since these parts are hand made and not mold injection plastic like OEM plastic, it will need some minor fitment adjustments. 

• *Professional installation Required/Recommended- This is a complex piece. Failure to have an experienced shop install this piece may result in improper fit and inconsistencies. We cannot guarantee fitment or the outcome of the product. This is why we recommend an experienced body shop for install as we want our customers not to be frustrated with the complex install. Failure to have a shop install will void any warranty on the CF diffuser. 
• Fitting Instructions: The bumper must be removed from the vehicle. Old diffuser/spears removed. Clean/sand back side of the spears and install them on the bumper first. Next install the diffuser on to the bumper and fit it correctly into the spears, install reflector lights. Once the diffuser is correctly installed on the bumper, all tabs are pressed in properly, then install the bumper/diffuser as one piece back onto the vehicle. This may require two people to do this correctly hence why we require a professional install. 

-Import Information about Carbon Fiber and fitment of carbon fiber. Aftermarket Carbon Fiber is never a perfect product as an OEM injection molded part. There are small inconstancies due to some pieces having to be hand made. Although our molds are made from aluminum and a 1:1 mold from the OEM piece, again Carbon Fiber may need a small amount of modification to get them to fit snug. This modification is either some minor sanding of the backside or removal of a little material such as extra epoxy. The piece will not need any major modification like others on the market. No glueing necessary or any other mounting medium needed.
