Our ultralight forged wheels are designed, engineered and manufactured in EUROPE with F1

technology and JWL /VIA, ETRTO, ECE R124 and TÜV quality and safety standards to minimize

weight and improve the dynamic behavior of the Alfa Romeo 4C, reducing not suspended

masses by 9.25 Kg and with the perfect ET to increase the width of the tracks and the tread

width of the tire by 30 mm in the front axle and 60 mm in the rear axle and thus achieve a

substantial improvement in dynamic behavior, while achieving a much more sporty and

aggressive aesthetic in line with the dynamic approach of this car enhancing the beauty of a car

that is a work of art with a forged wheels that are another work of art.

Our Alfa Romeo 4C forged wheels have passed all demanding European homologation tests

and have TÜV §19 (3) StVZO certified homologations No. 2021-8-0600-03-00-00-2021708 for

8x18” and §19 (3) StVZO No. 2021-8-0601-03-00-00-2021708 for 9x19”, so they have passed

the most rigorous safety and resistance tests.

This is a guarantee of the high quality of our product, materials, manufacturing process and how

well designed our forged wheels are, it is already very difficult to overcome all the tests with

such light forged wheels.

For the manufacture of LLAGOS FORGED wheels we use the best lightest aluminum of the

highest quality and resistance.

The aluminum used for the manufacture is of aerospace-grade 6061 with T6 quality tempering

treatment, to give more hardness to the surface of the material.

The material is forged at more than 500 degrees of temperature with hydraulic presses at a

pressure of 12.000 tons.

The weight is 7.3 Kg for the front wheels and 8.2 Kg for the rear wheels. This weight is in anodized

finishing. For painted finishing you have to add around 100 gram per Wheel. The weight

reduction compared with stock wheels is around 9.25 kg and around 13.5 Kg if compared with

the weight of the stock wheels + the spacers and screws necessary to achieve the same width of
